BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Lino Lakes City Council that the general fund <br />operating budget and special levies for Equipment Certificates and the Public Project <br />Revenue Bonds as reviewed by the City Council represents the basis for this levy. <br />Individual department budgets are subject to preliminary approval by the City Council <br />and shall be authorized by separate action before September 15, 1994. <br />LET IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED that the total levy will be certified to the County of <br />Anoka Tess the certified amount of Homestead and Agriculture Credit Aid (HACA) for <br />payable 1995. <br />Total Levy $ 2,684,350.00 <br />Less Total HACA (434,924.00) <br />Total Levy Tess HACA 2,249,426.00 <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of September, 1994. <br />Vernon F.
