The balloon will be used as part of the <br />promotional campaign to increase awareness of Lino Lakes and its <br />special characteristics. The banner will remain on the balloon <br />for all her regular flights, with a guaranteed minimum of 20 <br />flights per year. It will also be featured on the cover of the <br />Clearwater Creek Development Center brochure, and a poster will <br />be developed for promotional use. <br />Mayor Reinert noted that the City Council did approve the <br />contract at the last City Council meeting and this review is <br />intended to make the costs and conditions of the contract clear <br />to the public. <br />REMINDER, October 13, 1994, 5:00 Budget Meeting <br />Council Member Elliott moved to adjourn at 7:25 P.M.
