1 <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING DECEMBER 12, 1994 <br />Levy <br />Less HACA <br />$2,634,350.00 <br />(434,924.00) <br />Certified to Anoka County $2,199,426.00 <br />Council Member Bergeson asked Mr. Schumacher to explain the <br />difference the levy figure in Resolution No. 94 - 97 and the levy <br />figure stated above. Mr. Schumacher explained that the levy <br />figure in the resolution is for the general operating budget and <br />the figure listed above includes levies for debt retirement. <br />Council Member Elliott moved to adopt Resolution No. 94 - 97. <br />Council Member Bergeson seconded the motion. Voting on the <br />motion, Council Member Bergeson, aye; Council Member Elliott, <br />aye; Council Member Kuether, aye; Council Member Neal, aye; Mayor <br />Reinert, aye. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Reinert asked for a roll call vote on Resolution No. 94 - <br />96 which adopts the 1995 Operating Budget. Council Member <br />Bergeson, aye; Council Member Elliott, aye; Council Member <br />Kuether, aye; Council Member Neal, aye; Mayor Reinert, aye. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no old business. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Consideration of the minutes of November 22, 1995 (Council Member <br />Kuether was absent.) Council Member Elliott moved to approve the <br />minutes as presented. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried with Council Member Kuether abstaining. <br />FOR YOUR INFORMATION: White Bear Lake Area Public Schools, <br />District #624 will be conducting a referendum revenue <br />authorization election on December 20, 1994. The only polling <br />place in Lino Lakes will be at the Rice Lake Elementary School. <br />Council Member Elliott moved to adjourn at 7:05 P.M. Council <br />Member Bergeson seconded the motion.
