Council Member Bergeson seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />End of Year, 1994 - Council Member Elliott moved to approve these <br />disbursements as presented. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD REPORT, MARY KAY WYLAND <br />Minor Subdivision -Minor Reconfiguration of Previously Approved <br />Subdivision, Art LaCasse, 6609 - 24th Avenue - Ms. Wyland used <br />the overhead projector and showed the location of the property <br />and a map of the reconfiguration. <br />In February, 1994, the City Council approved a minor subdivision <br />for Mr. LaCasse which split his 40 acre parcel into two (2) <br />pieces. His homestead consisted of 6.21 acres and the balance of <br />the site consisted of approximately 33.7 acres. The purpose of <br />this subdivision was to facilitate the sale of the larger parcel <br />for development (it is intended to become a part of the <br />Clearwater Creek Development). The property owner, and potential <br />purchaser, have determined that the original division must be <br />modified. The original division was not officially recorded with <br />Anoka County following Council. approval, therefore, we have <br />allowed the property owner to submit a new survey for Council <br />consideration. The difference between the two proposals amounts <br />to an increase in the homestead parcel of 1.5 acres. <br />PAGE 2 <br />
