9 <br />1 <br />1 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 04 - 95 <br />Council Member Elliott introduced the following Ordinance <br />Summary and moved its adoption. <br />Chapter 1102 Shoreland Management Overlay Ordinance of the City <br />Zoning Ordinance was adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council on <br />April 10, 1995. Following is a summary of the provision of that <br />Ordinance as adopted. A complete copy of the Ordinance is <br />available for public review at City Hall, 1189 Main Street, Lino <br />Lakes, MN., between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday <br />through Friday.
