The motion for adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by councilmember <br />Lyden and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Lyden, Neal, Landers. <br />1 <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Members Bergeson and Kuether were absent. <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />First Reading Approved on February 12, <br />, 1996 <br />Second Reading Approved on February 26 , 1996 <br />Published in the official newspaper on March 6 , 1996 <br />
