COUNCIL WORK SESSION APRIL 15, 1996 <br />Council Member Kuether asked, has the Centennial School District asked the City to <br />participate in other costs. Mr. Schumacher explained that area and unit charges were <br />discussed as well as other concessions. At this time, staff has not made any concessions. <br />Mr. Schumacher said that it was the Centennial School District who suggested the land <br />swap outlined earlier. He said that the City should get involved in this issue. Mr. Wessel <br />and Mr. Ahrens will meet with Glenn Rehbein's attorney tomorrow to discuss the <br />MnDOT street proposal as well as other issues. <br />Council Member Kuether said that she would not consider any street alignment options <br />until the pedestrian study is completed. <br />Mr. Schumacher asked that the City Council be totally familiar with the proposal from <br />MnDOT. He also asked them to give him a call if they have further questions. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 5:50 P.M. <br />These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at a regular Council meeting held <br />on April 22, 1996. <br />s+/- <br />arilyn G.
