Council Member Lyden introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-46 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS - CENTENNIAL MIDDLE SCHOOL <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 12th day <br />of February, 1996, fixed a date for a council hearing on the <br />proposed Centennial Middle School Street and Utility Improvements <br />by constructing street, curb and gutter, storm sewer systems, water <br />supply systems, and sanitary sewer systems. <br />AND WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published <br />notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon <br />on the 22nd day of April, 1996, at which all persons desiring to be <br />heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />council resolution adopted 13th day of May, 1996. <br />2. OSM, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement. The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications <br />for the making of such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Council this 13th d ; May, 1996. <br />ATTEST: 6 <br />Wu <br />Maril G. Landers, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof :Bergeson, Lyden, <br />Kuether, Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />
