The motion for adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by councilmember <br />Lyden and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />First Reading Approved on May 28 , 1996 <br />Second Reading Approved on June 10 , 1996 <br />Published in the official newspaper on <br />June 18 ,1996 <br />
