Resolutions Setting Public Hearing for Proposed Assessments - Mr. Ahrens explained that now that total cost of assessments have been declared, public hearings are required to levy the assessments. The following resolutions set the public hearings for October 14, 1996, at 6:45 P.M. Each resolution requires a separate vote by Council. I. Resolution No. 96 -109, Behm's Century Farm, Phase I
