• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-141 <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A 10' DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT OVER THE <br />WEST 10' OF THE WEST 112.02 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK 1, CAROLE'S <br />ESTATES (7702 Lake Drive) <br />WHEREAS, Thomas Vacha, owner of the property located at 7702 <br />Lake Drive, has requested that the 10' drainage and utility <br />easement over the west 10' of the west 112.02 feet of Lot 4, Block <br />1, Caroles Estates be vacated, and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on October 14, 1996 before <br />the City Council in the City Hall after due published and posted <br />notice had been given and all persons interested were given an <br />opportunity to be heard; and, <br />WHEREAS, it appears it will be for the best interest of the <br />City to vacate such portion of the drainage and utility easement, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, four fifths of all the members of the Council concur <br />in this resolution, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the drainage and utility <br />easement described above and shown on the attached map is hereby <br />vacated. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of <br />October, 1996. <br />dA5 <br />Marilyn <br />`VG.
