• <br />COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 20, 1996 <br />COUNCIL CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Council Member Neal stated he was asked if the garbage companies are union. He noted a <br />resident had indicated the truck goes up her street and then backs up. Council Member Neal <br />stated his hauler goes down the middle of the street at 5:00 a.m. and picks up both sides at once. <br />He stated the biggest problem he has is if it goes to bid and then no one bids. <br />ADJOURN <br />Council Member Kuether moved to adjourn at 9:50 P.M. Council Member Lyden seconded the <br />motion.
