CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-63 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PUD FINAL PLAN/FINAL PLAT <br />FOR SADDLE CLUB <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for PUD Final Plan/Final Plat approval <br />for Saddle Club hereafter referred to as "Development"; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed "Development" based on <br />the following plans and information: <br />• Tree Removal Worksheet dated May 20, 2014 prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc. <br />• Preliminary Plat dated May 20, 2014 prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc. <br />• Landscape Planting Plan dated May 20, 2014 prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc. <br />• Final Plat for Saddle Club First Addition received by the City May 21, 2014 <br />prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc. <br />• Saddle Club PUD -Final Plans dated May 21, 2014 prepared by Plowe <br />Engineering, Inc. and EG Rud & Sons, Inc. <br />• Wetland Replacement and WMC Plan dated April 11, 2014 prepared by Plowe <br />Engineering, Inc. <br />• Seeding and Signage Plan dated April 11, 2014 prepared by Plowe Engineering, <br />Inc.; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on <br />November 13, 2013 and continued to the January 8, 2014 meeting and the Board <br />recommended approval of the PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the rezoning from R, Rural to PUD, Planned <br />Unit Development with Ordinance 01-14 and the PUD Development Stage <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat with Resolution 14-15; and <br />WHEREAS, Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the <br />PUD Final Plan/Final Plat at the June 11, 2014 meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development is not considered premature and meets the <br />performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat is consistent with the preliminary plat; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat for Saddle Club, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. All comments from City Engineer letter dated June 6, 2014 shall be addressed. <br />2. All comments from Environmental Coordinator letter dated June 5, 2014 shall be <br />1 <br />
