COUNCIL MINUTES AUGUST 25, 1997 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />MINUTES <br />DATE : August 25, 1997 <br />TIME STARTED : 6:32 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED : 10:07 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT : Bergeson, Kuether, Landers, Lyden, Neal <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : None. <br />Staff members present: Dan Tesch; City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; Community Development <br />Director, Brian Wessel; City Engineer, David Ahrens; Planning Coordinator, Mary Kay Wyland; <br />Finance Director, Mary Vaske; and Clerk -Treasurer, Marilyn Anderson. <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Kuether moved to approve the consent agenda. Council Member Neal <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />ITEM ACTION <br />• MINUTES, August 11, 1997 Tabled to <br />September 8, 1997 <br />MINUTES, November 20, 1996 Approved <br />DISBURSEMENTS: <br />• <br />August 25, 1997 Approved <br />($303,889.32, Check Nos. 48480 - 48586) <br />Centennial Fire District <br />(July 15, 1997) <br />OPEN MIKE <br />Approved <br />Kim Sullivan, 7232 Whippoorwill Lane, indicated to Council that she has not yet received the <br />documents she requested at the August 11, 1997 Council meeting. <br />Mr. Tesch indicated to Ms. Sullivan that the delay in providing the documents was due to City <br />Clerk, Marilyn Anderson, having been on vacation and not available to gather the requested <br />information. <br />Ms. Sullivan then referenced the correspondence proposed for submission to the State <br />Disposition Panel requesting destruction of certain documents, suggesting that Council had not <br />1 <br />
