• <br />• <br />Council Member Kuether introduced the following ordinance and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 22-97 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM GB, <br />GENERAL BUSINESS TO R -1X, SINGLE FAMILY EXECUTIVE WITH A PDO, <br />PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY, ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF AQUA <br />LANE <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />I <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by <br />the City Council on July 14, 1997 is hereby amended by rezoning from GB, General <br />Business to R -1X. Single Family Executive with a PDO, Planned Development Overlay, <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />following described real estate: <br />(see attached survey document for legal description) <br />II <br />As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed as previously <br />amended. <br />III <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br />according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of September, 1997. <br />2i <br />ATTEST: <br />Marilyn G.
