COUNCIL MINUTES SEPTEMBER 22, 1997 <br />DATE <br />TIME STARTED <br />TIME ENDED <br />MEMBERS PRESENT <br />MEMBERS ABSENT <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />MINUTES <br />: September 22, 1997 <br />. 6:31 P.M. <br />. 8:55 P.M. <br />: Landers, Lyden, Neal <br />: Kuether, Bergeson <br />Staff members present: City Administrator, Randy Schumacher; City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; <br />Community Development Director, Brian Wessel; City Engineer, David Ahrens; Planning <br />Coordinator, Mary Kay Wyland; Building Official, Pete Kluegel; and Clerk -Treasurer, Marilyn <br />Anderson. <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Lyden moved to approve the consent agenda. Council Member Neal seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />ITEM <br />MINUTES, September 8, 1997 <br />DISBURSEMENTS: <br />September 22, 1997 <br />($281,407.70, Check Nos. 48694 - 4881 1) <br />Centennial Fire District <br />(September 8, 1997) <br />Centennial Fire District <br />(September 17, 1997) <br />OPEN MIKE <br />ACTION <br />Approved <br />Approved <br />Approved <br />Approved <br />Randy Schumacher made a presentation to Council regarding charges against Council and Staff. <br />Kim Sullivan, 7132 Whippoorwill Lane, asked for a written response to her request for City <br />documents. She further requested copies of the City attorneys bills for the past two years. <br />Ellen Gatchell, 952 Main Street, informed Council that she was not receiving the televised <br />broadcast of the Council meeting, and asked that the equipment be checked and the problem <br />remedied. <br />
