• <br />• <br />• <br />COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 10, 1997 <br />Chemical Health Week, MADD's Red Ribbon Project, and D -Day and encourage <br />the citizens of Lino Lakes to participate in all Minnesota Chemical Health Week <br />activities and other alcohol and drug abuse prevention efforts year round. <br />Council Member Kuether moved to approve the Proclamation. Council Member Lyden <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. DeMotts introduced Mr. Steve Kingden, 172 Ulmer Drive, who complained about the <br />placement of political signs which violated the City's Sign Ordinance. Mayor Landers indicated <br />that this issue will be addressed in a future Council work session. <br />Council Member Neal indicated that he will be able to take requests for Christmas giving <br />through December 1, 1997, and asked that anyone knowing of someone in need please contact <br />him by that time. <br />ADJOURN <br />Council Member Neal moved to adjourn at 8:43 P.M. Council Member Kuether seconded the <br />motion.
