• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member Lyden <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-166 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK -TREASURER TO CERTIFY <br />DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER UTILITY BILLS FOR COLLECTION <br />WITH THE 1997 PROPERTY TAXES, COLLECTABLE IN 1998 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Chapter 400, Section 401.29 and Chapter 402, <br />Section 402.14, Subd. 5, the Clerk -Treasurer has prepared a list of residents who have <br />delinquent water and sewer bills to be certified to the Anoka County Auditor for <br />collection with the 1997 property tax statements, collectable in 1998, and <br />WHEREAS, notice of impending action was mailed to residents on September 5, 1997. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lino Lakes that the <br />Council hereby levies the sums of money collectable in the year 1998 upon the attached <br />list of properties in the City of Lino Lakes. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 10th day of November, 1997. <br />Ctf <br />Mafilyn G.44nderson - Clerk Treasurer <br />n Landers - Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Neal <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, <br />Kuether, Lyden, Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
