Council Member Kuether <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-167 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS - TOWN <br />CENTER PARKWAY <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Town Center Parkway from Village Drive to the proposed Public <br />Facilities Area by constructing street, curb and gutter, storm sewer, sanitary sewer and watermain. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. OSM, Inc., is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
