COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 25, 1996 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />MINUTES <br />DATE : November 25, 1996 <br />TIME STARTED : 6:37 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED : 9:22 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT : Bergeson, Neal, Landers <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : Kuether, Lyden <br />Staff members present: City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; Community Development Director, Brian <br />Wessel; City Engineer, David Ahrens; Park and Recreation Director, Marty Asleson; Park <br />Program Supervisor, Barry Bernstein; Building Official, Peter Kluegel; Chief of Police, David <br />Pecchia; Planning Coordinator, Mary Kay Wyland; Finance Director, Mary Vaske; City <br />Administrator, Randy Schumacher; and Clerk -Treasurer, Marilyn Anderson. <br />Mayor Landers announced that Item A(1), November 25, 1996 disbursements, would be moved <br />to New Business. Mr. Schumacher requested that consideration of a special council meeting be <br />added under New Business. The agenda was approved as revised. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Neal moved to approve the consent agenda. Council Member Bergeson <br />seconded the motion.
