• <br />Council Member Neal <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-156 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT - 35W / TH 49 Interchange Commercial <br />Development Area Trunk Utilities. <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 28th day of October, 1996, fixed a date for a <br />council hearing on the proposed improvement for the 35W / TH 49 Interchange Commercial <br />Development Trunk Utilities by constructing watermain and sanitary sewer. <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the <br />hearing was held thereon on the 25th day of November, 1996, at which all persons desiring to be heard <br />were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted the 25th day of <br />November, 1996. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 16th day <br />A/62/ <br />Ma(l n Ci.
