The Association has conducted <br />Shirley Kaye's since that time and their license will expire Association was first <br />the Youth HockeyAssociation's pre on March 31 t 99711 Shetab e xp aingdat <br />hockey rhated c so the youth os is to raise funds to pay y the cost to ice time, and other <br />program. Ms. Anderson explained that while ome youth are not Lino <br />and two the three board members also reside in Centennial area can participatethe hockey <br />and two all information required by LakeshAressociatidents,on <br />many a,• <br />Lino Lakes. She noted the Association has <br />q the Gambling Ordinance and it has given more than double <br />the amount of dollars required by the Ordinance to hocke <br />requirements of the Gambling Ordinance. Y programs and complied with all <br />Ms. Anderson recommended approval. <br />Council Member Kuether moved to approve renewal of theam <br />gambling license for the Hockey <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Circle Pines, Centennial Youth Association. Council Member N <br />g <br />eal seconded the motion. <br />BLOCK GRANT CABG PROGRAM <br />PUBLIC HEARING CONSIDERATION OF A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />Ms. Schloer explained the City will receive an estimated $35,770.00 <br />1997-1998 grant year which is to be used to benefit low- to moderate -income eras in CDBG dollars for the <br />purpose of the public hearing is to receive comments and requests for the <br />Schloer noted the written requests received which i ate -income residents. The <br />noted the City Council will take comments tonight, review thewruse of the funds. Ms. <br />included two new program requests.
