Council Member N <br />g <br />eal seconded the motion. <br />BLOCK GRANT CABG PROGRAM <br />PUBLIC HEARING CONSIDERATION OF A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />Ms. Schloer explained the City will receive an estimated $35,770.00 <br />1997-1998 grant year which is to be used to benefit low- to moderate -income eras in CDBG dollars for the <br />purpose of the public hearing is to receive comments and requests for the <br />Schloer noted the written requests received which i ate -income residents. The <br />noted the City Council will take comments tonight, review thewruse of the funds. Ms. <br />included two new program requests.
