SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING JANUARY 14,1997 <br />H. The need to establish a schedule was discussed. Council Member <br />Kuether noted that when the Council denies a request, the request cannot come back <br />before the Council for one year. <br />Page 2-8. The term Interim Use Permits may need additional definition particularly <br />since the Town Center may include shops with living quarters above them. Mr. Wessel <br />explained that the Town Center will be a mixed use situation. <br />Page 2-10, Subd. 4. Mr. Brixius was asked if 6(A) should include six (6) findings of <br />fact. Mr. Brixius will research this item. <br />Page 2-12, Subd. B(5). Council Member Kuether said this item reminded her of the <br />Rick LaFond situation where Mr. LaFond's neighbor constructed a storage building <br />blocking the LaFond's view of a pond. Council referred to the situation where <br />some backyards along Lake Drive contain accessory buildings that seem too close to the <br />street. Council suggested an item be added to the Ordinance requiring buildings to be set <br />back at least a certain number of feet from the roadway. <br />Page 3-8. 3A(1.)
