II. <br />The city council of the City authorizes sale of the Property to Fairview Hospital and <br />Healthcare Services for $190,575. The mayor and city clerk -treasurer are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute such deed and other documents as may be necessary in <br />accordance with the requirements of the city charter. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage by a majority of Council <br />Members at the March 24, 1997 City Council meeting and shall be in force until the <br />transfer of property from the City of Lino Lakes to Fairview Hospital has been completed. <br />Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of <br />March 24 , 1997. <br />Marilyn G.
