• Council Member Neal <br />its adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 35 <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council passed by the council on May 13, <br />1996, the Centennial Middle School Street and Utility Improvement was ordered; and, <br />WHEREAS, utility easements are needed to construct the improvements; and, <br />WHEREAS, property owners along said improvement have agreed to execute a <br />Permanent Easement that will accommodate the improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. authorize and direct the City Clerk to sign said Easements <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of March, 1997. <br />• <br />Ma ' lyn G. = nderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />i <br />Jo,� L. Landers, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
