• <br />COUNCIL MINUTES APRIL 28, 1997 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />MINUTES <br />DATE : April 28, 1997 <br />TIME STARTED : 6:37 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED : 10:20 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT : Kuether, Landers, Lyden, Neal <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : Bergeson <br />Staff members present: City Administrator, Randy Schumacher; City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; <br />Community Development Director, Brian Wessel; City Engineer, David Ahrens; <br />Planning Coordinator, Mary Kay Wyland; Recycling Coordinator, Jackie Constant; Senior <br />Accountant, Paula Schloer; and Clerk -Treasurer, Marilyn Anderson. <br />Council Member Lyden requested Agenda Item 7.A., Police Department Report, be removed <br />from the agenda. Mayor Landers added the following items under New Business: F. Request for <br />Meeting; G. Arbor Day Award; and H. Letter of Warning. <br />The agenda was approved as revised. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Kuether moved to approve the consent agenda. Council Member Lyden <br />seconded the motion.
