Councilmember Lyden introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 03-97 <br />AN ORDINANCE OFFERING THE SALE BY THE CITY OF LINO LAKES OF <br />LOT 4, BLOCK 3, LEXINGTON PARK LAVEVIEW <br />The City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, Does ordain: <br />I . <br />The real property described as Lot 4, Block 3, Lexington Park Lakeview is <br />owned by the City of Lino Lakes. The City Council of the City has determined <br />that the property is no longer needed by the City for any public purpose. <br />II. <br />The City Council of the City authorizes sale of the property to Anoka <br />County Community Action Program (ACCAP) for $10,000. The mayor and city <br />clerk/treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute such deed and <br />other documents as may be necessary in order to sell the property. Proceeds <br />from this sale shall be directed to the City's Housing and Redevelopment <br />Authority for their use. <br />II. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days <br />following its passage and publication, in accordance with the City Charter. <br />J hn Landers, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Marilyn G.
