• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member <br />adoption: <br />Kuether <br />introduced the following ordinance and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 13-97 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE BY AMENDMENT <br />TO SECTION 401.01a, CONNECTIONS WITH WATER REQUIRED <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Section 401.01 a, Connections with Water Required of the Lino Lakes City Code is <br />amended as follows: <br />Remove the following paragraph: <br />If sewer service is also available to that property, a petition for and a connection <br />to the sewer system shall also be required and the owner of such property shall <br />pay all assessments in accordance with Lino Lakes assessment policies. <br />Add the following paragraph: <br />Connection to the sanitary sewer system shall be required with seven (7) years <br />from the later date of: <br />1. connection to the water system or <br />2. when the sanitary sewer system is available. <br />Save as above amended, said City Code shall stand as initially passed and as previously <br />amended. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br />according to the City Charter. <br />Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of June, 1997. <br />Marilyn U.
