Staff explained that it was designed for the public sector. <br />Mr. Tesch will have further information for the City Council on this matter after his <br />meeting with the Hay Group on Friday. <br />DISCUSSION OF MIKE KENNY'S SPECIAL USE PERMIT, MARY KAY <br />Mr. Kenny operates a lawn and garden service and his wife operates a floral service from <br />their residence at 6451 Hodgson Road. The original Conditional Use Permit (CUP) was <br />issued in 1980 for the floral service only. Mr. Kenny has intensified his use over the years <br />but has not updated the CUP. <br />• Mr. Mike Laubersheimer, 6445 Hodgson Road, Mr. Kenny's neighbor, was present to <br />voice his concerns regarding Mr. Kenny's intensified use of his property.
