<br />• Lakes, and any reduction in MCES costs could prevent increases in the utility fee. Mr. Ahrens
<br />provided a graph from MCES illustrating the peak inflow and infiltration from Lino Lakes.

<br />With the Lakes Addition Street Reconstruction Project and the planned Inflow and Infiltration
<br />Study, both of which are eligible for funding through the MCES program, the timing of this
<br />invitation is particularly beneficial to Lino Lakes.
<br />Council Member Lyden moved to adopt Resolution No. 98 - 11, as presented. Council Member
<br />Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

<br />Mayor Sullivan expressed appreciation to Staff for meeting preparation, to Mr. Tesch for
<br />improvements to the cable television system, and to Ms. Anderson for compilation of the
