Council Member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-07 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT and CALL HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT - 21ST <br />AVENUE STREET AND UTILITY PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted November 24, 1997, a report <br />has been prepared by TKDA, Inc., with reference to the improvement of 21st Avenue by <br />constructing watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street, and this report was <br />received by the council on January 26, 1998, and, <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost-effective, and feasible, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the <br />report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and the Lino <br />Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such improvement on the 23rd day of February, <br />1998, in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give <br />mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by <br />law. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 26th day <br />Marilyn .
