Council Member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-23 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS - 21' <br />AVENUE STREET AND UTILITY PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 26th day of January, 1998, fixed a date <br />for a council hearing on the proposed improvement for the 21' Avenue Street and Utility Project <br />by constructing street, storm sewer, watermain and sanitary sewer. <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, <br />and the hearing was held thereon on the 23rd day of February, 1998, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. TKDA, Inc., is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The <br />engineer shall prepare plans and specifications f•- making of such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this"23 <br />/ <br />). <br />Mi~arilyn G.
