• <br />• <br />Council Member Lyden <br />its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-35 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RELOCATION AGREEMENT WITH NORTHERN <br />STATES POWER COMPANY FOR THE OTTER LAKE ROAD REALIGNMENT <br />PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the Otter Lake Road Re -alignment Project will require relocating a guy wire <br />owned by Northern States Power, <br />AND WHEREAS, Northern States Power facilities are located on private property; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
