Includes 11 playground structures, completion of internal trail segments in 9 <br />neighborhood parks. <br />Neighborhood Park Improvements Total $1.2 million <br />Trail Segment <br />Birch Street from Black Duck Drive east to Waterworks line (just east of Sherman Lake Road). North to <br />the Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Regional Park Trail System. <br />Trail Segment Total $118,000 <br />Recreation Complex <br />Provide athletic and recreational facilities for residents. Estimate 1,800 Lino Lakes youth will register for <br />baseball, softball, and soccer in 1998.
