<br />COUNCIL MINUTES MARCH 23, 1998
<br />Mayor Sullivan indicated that this issue would be reviewed further at a future Council work
<br />session.
<br />Council Member Bergeson moved to adopt Resolution No. 98 - 42, as presented. Council
<br />Member Lyden seconded the motion. Motion carried, with Council Member Neal voting no.
<br />Resolution No. 98 - 42 can be found at the end of these minutes.
<br />Consideration of Resolution No. 98 - 46, Approve Plans and Specifications and Order
<br />Advertisement for Bids for Phase I of the Lilac Street Trunk Utility Improvements - Mr.
<br />Ahrens explained that this project, petitioned by the developer of Behm's Century Farms,
<br />involves extension of trunk sanitary sewer and watermain improvements to serve Behm's
<br />Century Farms 4th, 5th, and 6th Additions. Rights to a hearing and appeal have been waived.
<br />TKDA, Inc. has prepared the plans and specifications presented for Council approval at this time.
<br />All costs involved will be assessed to the developer.
<br />Council Member Bergeson requested verification of the waiver, to which Mr. Ahrens responded
<br />the waiver form is standard, and that the cost amount comes from the feasibility study.
<br />Council Member Bergeson moved to adopt Resolution No. 98 - 46, as presented. Council
<br />Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried, with Council Member Lyden voting no.
