COUNCIL MINUTES April 13, 1998 <br />• Council Member Lyden moved to approve the preliminary and final plat for The Village No. 2. <br />Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Motions carried unanimously. <br />• <br />• <br />Consideration of Summary for Publication of the Telecommunication Ordinance - Ms. <br />Wyland explained that Staff has drafted the following summary of Ordinance No. 1 - 98, <br />Telecommunication Ordinance, and would request approval by the Council to facilitate <br />publication in the legal newspaper: <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LINO LAKES ZONING ORDINANCE BY <br />ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND <br />PLACEMENT OF WIRELESS COMMUNICATION TOWERS, EQUIPMENT AND <br />FACILITIES <br />Section 1. Definitions <br />Section 2. Administrations <br />Section 3. General Standards including: <br />Certification, Inspection and Maintenance <br />Tower Design <br />Co -Location Requirement <br />Accessory Antennas <br />Personal Wireless Service Antennas <br />Commercial and Public Radio and Television Transmitting <br />Antennas and Public Utility Microwave Antennas <br />Section 4 through 45 Detail of where antenna location is allowed per zoning district. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council March 9, 1998. <br />Council Member Lyden moved to approve Summary for Publication, Ordinance No. 1 - 98, <br />Telecommunication Ordinance. Council Member Dahl seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Comprehensive Land Use Plan Update - Mr. Wessel stated that the 10th meeting of the <br />Comprehensive Plan Task Force was last Thursday, April 9, 1998. It was a wrap up of all the <br />information and summarization of District 5 and 6. They have completed the analysis and put <br />together materials for all neighborhoods and districts. Working through as a committee, a <br />process for finalization will be forwarded to the Council this fall. <br />13 <br />
