Council Member Neal introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 52 <br />RESOLUTION ABATING 1998 INSTALLMENT AND ALL FUTURE YEARS <br />INSTALLMENTS FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUND NO. 82732 AND 82733 <br />FOR PIN. 24-31-22-41-0001 <br />WHEREAS, an assessment was certified to the above described parcel for 1998, and <br />WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of staff that the landowner had signed a <br />petition against these assessments as outlined by the Lino Lakes City <br />Charter, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has met and has considered the request to abate the 1998 <br />installment of these particular assessments and all future years installments <br />until such time as the land is approved for development, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota, as follows: <br />The 1998 installment and all future years installments for Special Assessment <br />Fund No. 82732 and 82733 on property described as PIN. 24-31-22-41-0001 are <br />hereby abated. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Counc1 <br />Marlyn G. <br />3t April, 1998. <br />ffl— <br />b. <br />derson, <br />Clerk-Treasurer <br />Su Ivan <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Bergeson, Dahl, Lyden, Neal, Sullivan. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
