Sullivan, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Dahl and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Dahl, Neal, Sullivan. <br />The following voted against same: none, Council Member Lyden was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
