• <br />Council Member Lyden <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION 98 -110 <br />introduced the following <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING INTO THE CITY OF LINO LAKES PERSONNEL <br />POLICY, BONE MARROW DONATION LEAVE <br />WHEREAS, State Statute dictates that a regular or probationary, full-time or temporary <br />employee who seeks to undergo a medical procedure to donate bone <br />marrow shall be granted up to 40 hours of paid leave, and <br />WHEREAS, The Lino Lakes Personnel Policy Handbook is the most appropriate <br />document to make employees aware of their rights and benefits, <br />NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby incorporates into the Lino Lakes Personnel Policy Handbook the attached <br />Bone Marrow Donation Leave Policy. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council t is 13 h Day of 998. <br />iiiriw..ayor <br />ni <br />Marilyn G.
