Packets containing details of th budget were given to the Council <br />and staff. <br />Ms. Vaske presented an overview of <br />Chief Pecchia what he expected to ae <br />maintain current services. a ` <br />most important City reso <br />oposed 1999 budget. Mr. Tesch outlined the changes <br />and/or additions to the Administration Department budget as follows: <br />- additional dollars for staff education and recognition <br />- a full-time human resources person to assist Mr. Tesch <br />- a laptop computer. Mr. Tesch's computer will be used by the human resource person, <br />the new lap top computer will be used by Mr. Tesch <br />Mr. Tesch was asked to explain what his personal focus would be and what the focus of <br />the human resources person would be. The human resources position would be a full-time <br />position focusing on human resources. Mr. Tesch's position would focus on <br />Page 1 <br />
