COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 23, 1998 <br />Consideration of a Quit Claim Deed, The Village - Mr. Hawkins stated Anoka County has <br />agreed to convey a parcel of land on the corner of 29/23, in the vicinity of the Reiling property, <br />to the City. In exchange for this property the City is conveying the two (2) outlots in Village No. <br />1 to the County for the right-of-way. Mr. Hawkins referred to a map showing the outlots. A <br />Quit Claim Deed will be needed to convey the property. <br />Mr. Hawkins recommended Council approve the conveyance of the two (2) outlots in The <br />Village No. 1 to Anoka County. <br />Council Member Bergeson moved to approve the conveyance of the two (2) outlots in The <br />Village No. 1 to Anoka County. Council Member Lyden seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />OLD BUSINESS - None <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Consideration of Minutes, November 9, 1998 (Council Member Lyden was absent) - <br />Council Member Dahl moved to approve the November 9, 1998, minutes, as presented. Council <br />Member Bergeson seconded the motion.
