• <br />• <br />SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />MINUTES <br />FEBRUARY 17, 1999 <br />DATE : February 17, 1999 <br />TIME STARTED : 5:17 p.m. <br />TIME ENDED : 5:32 p.m. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT : Council Members Dahl, Lyden, Mayor <br />Sullivan <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : Bergeson and Neal <br />The purpose of the meeting was to interview a candidate for a position on the <br />Environmental Board. Due to Council Member absences, it is the consensus of the City <br />Council to complete the appointment process and have board and committee <br />appointments completed so that the new members can take their positions effective April <br />1, 1999. <br />Each Council Member received two (2) handouts. The first handout contained the <br />questions that would be directed to the candidate and the second handout was the <br />application letter received from the candidate. <br />The following person was interviewed: <br />NAME <br />Scott Lanyon <br />The meeting was adjourned at 5:32 p.m. <br />These minutes were, considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on <br />March 8, 1999. <br />POSITION <br />Environmental Board <br />M.
