Council Member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and <br />411 moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-09 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT 7(final) and CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 <br />FOR THE FOURTH AVENUE TRUNK UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the Fourth Avenue Trunk Utility Project has <br />been completed by S. R. Weidema, Inc., and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $49,384.28 is approved. <br />2.
