COUNCIL MINUTES MARCH 22, 1999 <br />Council Member Bergeson suggested the motion be amended to waive the 12 month waiting <br />period. <br />Council Member Lyden moved to amend the motion to deny the PDO, Preliminary Plat, and <br />Conditional Use Permit and waive the 12 month waiting period based on the findings in the staff <br />report. Council Member Bergeson seconded the motion. <br />Mayor Sullivan asked that staff continue to work on the project. Motion carried with Council Member <br />Dahl, Bergeson, and Mayor Sullivan abstaining. <br />Consideration of March 3, 1999, Council Work Session Minutes - Mayor Sullivan asked for <br />clarification regarding the non-compliant bleacher within the City. <br />Mayor Sullivan moved to pull the March 3, 1999, Council Work Session Minutes and discuss <br />them at the next work session.
