She <br />asked the Council deny the request for a rezone. <br />Mr. Pat Courneya, President of North Suburban Family Physicians, stated he appreciates the time <br />the Council has given them for this discussion. Lino Lakes is in the middle of a very challenging <br />and exciting time. He stated that when the clinic moved to its current location, consideration <br />regarding visibility and the perception of its patients was given. Mr. Fogerty has <br />made every attempt to resolve the clinic's and City's concerns. <br />Mr. Martinson continued stating the traffic concern as been resolved because the shared access <br />has been eliminated. Mr. Fogerty is willing to reduce any perceived noise by landscaping and a <br />fence. The design of the buildings call for the front to focus towards the boundary. All the truck <br />traffic will be on the inside of the lot. The parking lot will be between the front of building C <br />and the clinic. He added that it is quite apparent that the property was meant to be Light <br />Industrial in the long term. The plan has been supported by the Planning and Zoning Board. The <br />project has been designed to eliminate the concerns of the clinic. He stated the existing projects <br />of Mr. Fogerty's speak for themselves. The project would create over 300 jobs and generate <br />$170,000 in real estate taxes. He asked the Council for their support. <br />15 <br />
