Council Member Dahl introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />Ordinance No. pay <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXCHANGE OF LAND BY THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES WITH JAMES J. AND TRACEY M. DOUGLAS <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordains: <br />The real property described in Exhibit A hereto is presently owned by the <br />City of Lino Lakes. The City Council of the City has determined that the <br />property is no longer needed by the City for any public purpose. <br />11. <br />The real property described in Exhibit B herein is owned by James J. <br />Douglas and Tracey M. Douglas. Such property is needed for public <br />drainage purposes by the City of Lino Lakes. That James J. Douglas and <br />Tracey M. Douglas have agreed to exchange the property described on <br />Exhibit B for the property owned by the City described on Exhibit A. <br />The Mayor and the City Clerk -Treasurer are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute such deeds and other documents as may be <br />necessary in order to exchange the properties described herein. <br />IV. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect fro <br />following its passage and publication, in a or• anc <br />the City Charter. <br />K <br />ATTEST:11 <br />after 30 days , <br />section 3.09 of <br />Divan, Mayor <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />
