Waite Smith to instruct Mr. Hoff to drop the investigation. <br />WEEKLY MEETINGS, MAYOR SULLIVAN <br />Mayor Sullivan advised she will be having weekly meetings with Ms. Waite Smith to <br />discuss ways to improve communications and processes. <br />CLERK -TREASURER POSITION, MAYOR SULLIVAN <br />The Clerk -Treasurer will be retiring at the end of this year. When the City begins the <br />process of hiring another person for this position, it may be desirable to remove the <br />Treasurer's responsibilities from the job description. If Council decides to separate the <br />two responsibilities, a letter should be sent to the Charter Commission asking them to <br />amend the Charter in this area. <br />
