COUNCIL MINUTES APRIL 26, 1999 <br />• Mr. Engstrom stated they hope to have the building plans in three (3) weeks. The schedule calls <br />for ground breaking in June, 1999. The restaurant will open in August or September, 1999. <br />• <br />• <br />Mr. Baylor, Developer for the project, added that bids are currently out for utilities and the <br />building. He noted the project is very costly because of the depth of the utilities. <br />Staff recommended the following conditions of approval for PDO Plan/Plat, Site Plan, and <br />Conditional Use Permit: <br />1. All development except the Phase I McDonald's shall comply with the design <br />standards in the report. Phase I shall comply with the approved site plan and any <br />conditions of approval. <br />2. The access driveway onto Apollo Drive shall be a right -in only. <br />3. East side access drive shall meet the private road at a rigangland the drive lane <br />will be straightened. <br />4. Eliminate the five (5) stalls on the front of the building and + to an outdoor area for <br />seating unless or until a playland is built. <br />5. The building design, architectural standards, and signage including the McDonald's <br />site are subject to review and approval by the Town Center Committee. <br />
