Council Member Lyden introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1999- 32 <br />RESOLUTION CONVEYING PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, the County of Anoka has turned back certain property to the <br />City of Lino Lakes which includes property legally described as Lot 17, Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 151, Anoka County, Minnesota, shown on Certificate of Title No. <br />15189; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes desires to convey the property to the Lino <br />Lakes Economic Development Authority for the purpose of economic development <br />in the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />1. That the City of Lino Lakes shall convey to the Lino Lakes Economic <br />Development Authority, a body corporate and politic, the following described <br />property: <br />Lot 17, Auditor's Subdivision No. 151, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, shown on Certificate of Title No. 15189. <br />2. That the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute any and all <br />documents necessary to affect this conveyance. <br />ADOPTED by the Council this <br />ATTEST: <br />Zilyn G. Anderson, City Clerk <br />J <br />i / <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted <br />in favor: Bergeson, Dahl, Lyden, Neal, Sullivan. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
