602.16 Summary: It is the intent of this ordinance to regulate the sale, <br />possession, and use of tobacco, tobacco products, and tobacco related devices in the city <br />of Lino Lakes and to reduce the illegal sale , possession, and use of such items to and by <br />minors. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication according to the City <br />Charter. <br />Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of April, 1999. <br />Kimberly A.
